This page has been a bit slow in coming. I've had several ideas of what I would like todto,
but it's not always easy to get this listed just like that. Well, one of my most active Issues
type activities that I've been involved with opposing the common place acceptance of
abortion.
During the 2004 election cycle I came up with an innovative idea of how to both increase
awareness of the moral bankruptcy of abortion and hopefully have some influence on the
outcome of the several key races, including Congressman John Thune's Senatorial
Campaign. While trying to think of a variety of pro-life signs, I ended up with over a dozen
pro-life slogans. Realizing I had too many to just makes signs, I came up with the idea of
running a series of Pro-life Ads in the state's most prominent daily newspaper. Here are a
couple samples of the ads I ran:
